Bali is owned by Joy Flanagan of Florida.  She is a gorgeous daughter of Cushti Bok.  She is in training for dressage right now.  Bali recently attended the Celebration of the Horse in Jacksonville, FL, where the Gypsy Vanners were a big hit.
