Sir Maverick is an amazing Gypsy Vanner Stallion. He has strong bones, the most beautiful mane and tail and wonderful feather. Sir Maverick is registered in 2 books, Rheinland and Westfalia. He has won numerous awards in the Irish Cob Society; including a silver medal and Foalshow Vize Champion Stallion. He was born in Germany on October 15, 2002. His sire is Simon of Sunshine who is the grandsire of Sligo. His dam was Sally, and his grand dam is Kanktukes Jessy. Two of his sons have been licensed. One is in Bavaria and his name is Soulman. Sir Maverick has a great personality and loves attention. Sir Maverick is broken to ride and likes to hack out. He is very easy to load, bath and is great with the farrier. Turley is currently standing stud at El Brio, and has produced three foals out of our own mares, EBV Plump Jack, EBV Cru and EBV Kendall. Turley does carry a chestnut gene. Turley is trained to ride and drive. He attended the Ohio State Fair in 2006 where he was shown and placed in English and western pleasure classes, and the stallion halter class. He has also been shown at Dressage at Devon in the Gypsy Vanner IBC class, and the 3 year-old materiale class among other local dressage shows. In 2009, Turley won Supreme Champion on both Saturday and Sunday at the Dream Park Classic in New Jersey. Performing well in halter and under saddle classes allowed him to be named High Point for the weekend. Just a few months later Turley was named High Point at the Buckeye Gold Cup in Ohio. We were so excited to see Turley excel, we decided to enter him in the USDF Breeders Championship series. After qualifying for the Championships at Stone Tavern, we headed for Dressage at Devon. Turley finished up his show season with a bang as he was named the Reserve Champion Stallion of the Eastern States USDF GAIG Breeders Championship Series. With so many great wins this season, Turley was recently announced as the High Point Performance Horse as well as the Overall High Point for the year at this year�s Gypsy Vanner Horse Society meeting. More on Kadison: Kadison is very much a look a like of his incredible sire- The Gypsy King. His dam Oakfield Anna, is by Miss Price, who is by The Road Sweeper UK!! This stallion has so much potential whether it be the show ring, or any riding discipline- he should be a awesome producer-as he is showing with his first foal, born in 2010! Kadison rides, has been ridden mainly in the arena, but out on trails as well. He is a very gentle breeder and ships as well. He stands for farrier, vet, bath, saddled; I have never used clippers on him, but would not expect any issue there- I have had him in harness, but he has not been hitched to anything, but I do believe he would go right along w no issues, as that is just Kadison! Very laid back and easy going, he accepts whatever comes his way. Kadison has tons of mane and tail, lots & lots of feather, and what a personality! Kadison is double regt- w GVHS and GHA.
